How does it feels like living in Edinburgh, Scotland!

Though it is too early to say anything about the capital of Scotland as I just moved here on Jan 2019.

But I can not wait to express my view on the city - 

Looks like a huge Palace 

The entire city looks like a huge palace with lots of castles, you will easily find so many staircases in the city which leads to another place, sometimes it gives a feeling of multistory infrastructure.

People

I found the people here so warm and welcoming that you start a conversation from anyone, literally 

Art

People seems like a great fan of art here. you will find a lot of theatre, cultural event venue inside the city, Also there is a cinema hall called Filmhouse which shows all the award winner old movies. 

Places to Visit:
Edinburgh Castle: Definitely worth visiting,  I would like you to suggest you go to prince garden first and from there you can follow the walkway to the Castle, in between you will get a lot of photo opportunity.

Is Instagram really so important?

Since when Facebook acquired Instagram, it became an important tool to show your work and later people started using this as a marketing tool and the follower counts in Insta became the parameter of people's success.

Baarishen

 ये बारिशें जब भी गिरती हैं काँच की दीवारों पे ,

हज़ारों ख़्वाब लिख जातीं हैं आडी तिरछी लकीरों में... 

और फिर काँच के इस  पार सब धुँधला सा होने लगता है, 

ना जाने क्यों उसे मिटाने को जी नहीं करता,

मानो कई जज़्बातों का एक गुच्छा सा ठहर गया हो...

अक्सर सोचता हूँ, क्या ये अल्प-पारदर्शिता सच में इतनी खूबसूरत है ?

शायद हाँ या शायद हाँ !!!

अन्तर्द्वन्द : A War for Peace

और मैं भटकते भटकते यहाँ आ पहुँचा,
जैसे हम सब भटकते हैं बेहतर ज़िन्दगी की तलाश में...
गुलज़ार जी कहते हैं "हाँ तलाश ही तो ज़िन्दगी है"


पर खुद की खोज अब भी ज़ारी है,
अक्सर सारी उमर निकलते देखी है मैंने और पता भी नहीं होता कि हम क्या तलाश रहें हैं


रुह में लिपटी मिटटी, हर दिन झाड़ते थोड़ा थोड़ा है,

अक्सर सोचता हूँ की एक अरसे के बाद जब रुह नंगी होने वाली होगी,
तो क्या ऐसा बात होगी जिसपे मैं पछतावा करूँगा या क्या ऐसी बात होगी जिस पर मैं अभिमान करूँगा।
दादा जी के आख़िरी दिनों में मुझे इस बात का अनुभव हुआ था।


सोचता हूँ अक्सर ये भी कि इन सब पचड़े में ना पड़ते हुए,बहने देता हु खुद को जीवन धारा के साथ
अगले हि पल यूँ हि फिर अचानक से मचल जाता हूँ और खुद से झगड़ा करने लगता हूँ....
झगड़ा क्या ही कहें इसे, ये तो द्वन्द है द्वन्द...

मैं कहता हूँ आ गयी मंजिल ठहर जा
वो कहता है, नहीं थोड़ा और चलते हैं , अगली मंजिल बेहतर होगी।


मैं कहता हूँ थक गया हू, अब जीने दो मुझे 

फिर वो कहता है, सफर ही तो ज़िन्दगी है , ठहर गया तो थक जायेगा
फिर मेरे मन में एक अजीब सा डर पनपता है
और मैं कहता हूँ,
लेक़िन मैं तो हमेशा से ठहराव चाहता था, क्या ठहराव मिथ्या है ???

सफर में रहा तो सब अपने छूटते रहेगे, नए अपने, अपने जैसे कहाँ होते हैं, अगर हुए भी तो....

वो कहता है ये सब सोचना ओवेरथीनकिंग हैं,
फिर मैं कहता हूँ इग्नोरैंट होना क्या बहुत अच्छी बात है !

वो फिर जवाब देता है, "ignorance is a bliss "
फिर मैं पूँछता हूँ क्यों बुद्धा को पूजते हो फिर ?

लंबी ख़ामोशी के बाद....

वो कहता है खुद से शास्त्राथ करना बेवकूफी है
मैं कहता हूं मैं आज भी शांति का मोहताज़ हूँ, मुझे लड़ना होगा।

वो कहता है जीत भी गए तो तुम ही हारोगे
मैं कहता हूँ हारा भी तो क्या, मैं हि जीतूंगा

फिर वो कहता हैं परिवर्तन संसार का नियम है, तुम्हे इसे अपनाना होगा
मैं कहता हूं फिर मुझे संसार के और भी नियम जानने हैं...

बहुत वक़्त से अब दूसरी तरफ से जवाब नहीं आया....
और मैं ........

उम्मीद-ए-ठहराव लिए अक्सर सफर में रहता हूँ
अब न सफर ख़तम होता है और ना उम्मीद।।।
