From the window of an IT professional

In my little journey in professional life what I have seen:

Most of the people in India work for money only, they don't care even whether they like their work or not. A very few think about their work/job in this perspective.

I have seen people who don't even know about their hobbies and passion. In that case they are bound to work whatever they get in the way but in case when someone know about his/her passion and still forced to work in some other field, is awful.

most of the IT engineers face the same situation. because in India almost 99% or more parents want to their children to be an engineer or doctor, but being a doctor may be a very costly affair in terms of study or money, that might not be affordable to the students or parents,  so most of the parents choose the safer side for their child, that is to be an engineer.

Doing B.tech is enjoyable although study required. but when one join an MNC with very high hopes, and it becomes like i.e. khoda pahad nikli chuhiya (A famous saying in Hindi).
Apart from this there is one million dollar question, how many get a job in MNC after so much of efforts, I think that must be 1 perc or less than that. but one good thing is about non MNC employees is that they have some hope at least that they will feel satisfied when they will work for an MNC.

Sometimes people try to get out from this IT industry and try to do what they have wished to achieve in life but its a very hard decision to take such kind of stand, family never support and money is also a major issue.

Although Its always good to convert your passion into profession, because the achieved satisfaction level will be too high but at the same time risk factor is also very high. like that We become use to see the fight between risk factor and satisfaction level.

Finally we find its too late to take a stand so we keep doing work for money and saving for honey .
